This beach bungalow was under construction when our clients, based in Northern California, purchased it as a vacation escape. What started as a holiday home quickly became beloved by the entire family for its relaxed lifestyle and slower pace compared to their Bay Area living. Originally a spec home, ABI transformed the floorplan, enhancing high-traffic areas for family gatherings and entertainment. The kitchen was redesigned to feature a spacious island, while each room was enriched with accent walls and customized finishes, imparting a warm, personalized ambiance.
