ABI undertook a comprehensive overhaul of both the interior and exterior of this run-down Spanish Revival property, aiming to breathe new life into the home while maintaining its original character. Despite much of the home missing its initial charm, our approach centered on blending modern finishes within a traditional layout. Collaborating closely with the contractor, we reimagined this 1920s residence by introducing a revised floor plan that included strategic structural modifications in high-traffic zones. Additionally, we designed and integrated an extra bedroom with an en suite bathroom and completely revamped the landscape to enhance indoor-outdoor living. ABI managed all aspects of both hard and soft finishes throughout this project.
